Welcome to The Silk Road's first short film
After visiting and photographing India for the past 7 years, I decided it was time to explore a new way to capture the beauty and nuances of a country that I hold so dear.
This is my first short film, shot entirely handheld and usually with a baby strapped to my back, so apologies for any little bumps along the way.
This is India through my eyes.
With love and gratitude to India and her people, who welcome us back so fervently time and time again. My daughters have literally learnt to crawl, walk and eat their first foods whilst you sat alongside them, holding them within the folds of your colourful hearts. Your country sings with love and to immerse ourselves is a privilege.
